This management-level workshop is designed to help supervisors spend less time editing other people’s work. Participants will learn to establish constructive relationships with writers and delegate writing tasks effectively.
In this half-day workshop, you’ll practice:
Defining a document’s audience and purpose to help team members write for the client, not the supervisor
Setting clear writing goals for coworkers, give targeted feedback, and measure success
Encouraging a consistent strategy for the whole writing process, from planning through editing
Keeping collaborative writing projects on task and on brand
We conduct the workshop at your site, and you provide a conference room and projector. Bold Type facilitators provide your team with customized instruction, industry-specific case studies, and one-on-one feedback. Combine two or more workshop topics for a full day of training.
We work with you to structure a webinar or webinar series that works for your schedule. Webinar delivery is interactive and participants will have time to apply what they’ve learned and receive feedback.
